I bought toys for my dogs, but Skylar’s gift trumps mine. Big Time

The photos are of Skylar’s new ride sent to me by Bob Busby. Skylar was a RESCUE!

Her ride is a 2011 Chevy Tahoe Police Pursuit Vehicle.

She REALLY likes it!

Skylar has had two recent good captures:.

One was a suspect in an assault with a deadly weapon case who fled on foot, and she tracked him thru a wooded area to a residential area, where he was found hiding in a parked car that Sky went up to.

The other was an armed robbery suspect that fled a country convenience store on foot after his get away driver left him behind. She tracked him from the ball cap that he dropped in the store parking lot to where he was laying down in a wooded area a little over a half mile away. The cash drawer that he stole was recovered near him. Skylar received applause and praise from the store owners and customers as we returned to our car.

She’s doing great, and absolutely loves to work.

Just to share a few of the holiday photos of my furr children in their forever homes:

We are hearing from all the lovely Rottweiler puppies that are in homes around the country. So to share their lives (and boast of their temperaments) please enjoy the article about Mac in TX at the Holloween event. And since they neglected to put a picture of her in the scuba gear, David sent some of his own. Mac was my condo sized Rottweiler, but she does not look small in the back porch guarding!

I know of 3 male pups from a wonderful pedigree and being bred and raised by people I trust. If you are interested, they are currently available!

The pups are going through training and registration, etc. The litter is MRC and ARC futurity nominated.

I don’t have any pictures, but know the parents and they are beautiful and of excellent temperaments.
